Simple

Simple was (RIP) one of the first online-only banks in the US. It was also my first official product design role as an intern. 

I delivered  a feature that helped users create disputes for their transactions. The requirements were pretty clear from the get-go—perfect project for an intern. 

I learned a lot about how to communicate with cross-functional team members: my PM, my UX director, and the EM.

As a side project, the former VP of Product Design had asked me to help with creating a broad experience map that showcased different flows in the app, tying back to customer goals.  The idea was that it could help us identify opportunities in the app. 

We printed it real large. The VP eventually left and my internship ended. I have no idea of it served any real value, but it was a useful exercise.
